I received today and I opened it and there was 2 missing part. SO DISAPPOINTED

Perfect size for my syrian and he doesnt chew on it but hes used to a lot of toys so thats why. His favorite sleeping spot so far!

I have a syrian hamster and she loves this house! She makes her nest in the second room. It seems to be made of good quality wood. It came with a piece of sand paper to sand down any harsh edges, so that was nice.

It shows this size of the hampster but please be aware it is actually the size of my 10 gallon tank and does not fit from front to back it has to go in sideways and can not get to door

The large 3 chamber hide has been perfect for my gerbils. They always arrange one room for sleeping and one for hiding food. They spend a lot of time taking bedding in and out and digging in the corners. Very sturdy. It’s the only thing in the cage they haven’t destroyed with their chewing. I like to wrap some paper around the top to absorb pee. It’s very large, so make sure to measure your cage before purchasing.

The product is very well-built and sturdy. Removing the top piece is very easy and its a decent size. My dwarf hamster absolutely loves it. Its definitely worth the price. I would recommend though that if youre purchasing this for a dwarf or another smaller creature, youll need a step or a bridge for them to be able to get on top of it easily.

I love this! It fit perfectly in my Syrian hamsters habitat. He took a week or so to get used to it, now it is his preferred place to be. It is very solid and sturdy, it even helps with his teeth, as he can gnaw on it. I would highly recommend this.

Love it overall! I put it in the corner of my 75 gallon tank for my Syrian next to his 12 in wheel. He is a shy guy so I put it next to his wheel in case he feels frightened and is able to seek shelter instantly. I replace a plastic igloo with this wooden hideout and he prefers this. Has a lid that can be removed with no hassle and secured when put back together properly. I had an issue where one of the corners did come apart a little but had no issue after gluing it back together. 100% recommend!

I ordered it for my pet mice , the material was looking promising, but arrived in pieces, broken. If you get lucky and yours come full intact and holds together in the long run, I am in envy , because I liked the idea.
