Noctua NF-A4x10 5V, Premium Quiet Fan, 3-Pin, 5V Version (40x10mm, Brown)

Its was easy to install and works quietly as expected. I have no complaints at all.

Noisy little fans. i purchased them to replace another ones ( louder ) thinking the positive reviews would reflect the outcome; sadly i think i paid too much for a little fan than i should.

I replaced the fan in an old HP 26 port switch with this one. I added a resistor I had from another Noctua kit. It blows plenty of air to cool the switch and sounds much quieter. The switch gives a fault light, but otherwise works just fine. Ive been adding CAT6 wired internet to the rooms in my house. Wireless works, but nothing beats the hard line!

The old fan on my Lorex was so loud right out of the box. I have had this one installed for a few months and it is still quiet, plus I can tell it has much more air flow.

Slightly more cost than a cheap Chinese brand variant you find at neighborhood electronics store; this fan delivers on quality and reliability. You can tell as soon as you fire it up, its extremely quiet and moves volumes more air than the last unit. I installed onto my security camera DVR and couldnt be happier. I recommend this unit to anyone looking to replace a similar fan. This unit has several connector tips for different applications.

I bought and tested a few 5v fans. The Noctua fan outperforms them all by ~20 degrees Celcius. The build quality is incredible and the soft silicone corner mounting points and fully sleeved cables are a plusses. I was able to use two of the included barbed rubber mounting rods instead of screws.

This is a fantastic fan to use when modding your dreamcast. I am so pleased with this fan choice. Its super quiet, installs easily (with 3d printed mount) and was simple to rewire to the dreamcast connector.

My first impression was the packaging was over the top. Once I got into the contents it makes sense. Item is carefully packed and includes just about any mounting hardware or wiring adapter to do a very clean install on anything with minimum fuss. I used two of these in a 10 yr old US Robotics 24 port managed switch that runs on my desk. The original fans were too noisy as the switch was never intended for desktop/office use. Until this item came up in a search, I used the only other silent fan brand, which was only offered in a 12v version and required a somewhat ugly external power arrangement. Not to mention the last ones barely lasted a year. I am so glad to see this competitive and apparently high quality model offered in a 5v version. My switch is quiet and cool again, back to using the original 5v power supply off the board. Time will tell, but this brand/product may be my new go-to choice!
