Pretty quiet, and reliable. I had bad experience with cheaper cost fans because the bearings would go bad almost right when the return period would end. Happy with these

I used this fan in a rather odd repair. I have a wireless phone charger that has a built in fan, after about 6 months of use the fan starting to make a grinding noise. I figured what the heck lets have some fun and take it apart see what kind of fan is in there.

Works great and is extremely quiet, at least compared to what was in my Q-See surveillance nvr (I replaced the cpu fan in the nvr). Wasnt a perfect replacement for the nvr fan, but I was able to use the included with fan rubber mounts/insulators to install over the cpu.

Great little fan that pushes a ton of air for its size and comes with a variety of connectors to fit your needs my only complaint is the wires are a bit long so cable management can be tricky if you’re working with something small like a pi other than that this fan is stellar

I see why this brand has a great reputation. The fan is so quiet, I cant hear it. Came with lots of connectors too, but I still had to splice my old one onto the new fan:)

Using this on a Odroid XU4Q. Silent as can be and cools well.

Ive had bad luck with these tiny fans. This one is an exception. Very quiet, good construction. The wiring is very stout. I was impressed with both the packaging and the materials used. Im very happy with this purchase!

I must have received a bad batch or something because the noise was unbearable.

Running this on top of an aftermarket heatsink (https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B00ZRDRX8M/) on an ODroid-XU4. Its quiet and blows just enough air to keep the CPU from throttling under even extreme loads (8 cpuburn processes).

Our DVR was too noisy for the place we installed it. So there were two noise sources. One was the HD, what we substituted for a laptop HD. Second it was the cooler 4x4 cm. Installing this Noctua one was easy and perfect. Althought it comes with a three wire connector, the connectors and adaptors are really professional. I used the supplied 3M Scotchlok, as the one from the proprietary fan was different, and it worked perfectly. Manual and instructions are easy and clear. And this fan is soo silent that now we have to look to the device leds to certify its working! Just great! Wonderful job, Noctua!
