> 3 dayThis fan was suggested by Amazon for use with the INVASION for Raspberry Pi 3, 2, B+ and 2B. If you are planning to use it with that device then beware...the chord that is attached to this little fan is much longer than you want to try and jam in that little case. We really struggled to try and make it work and even after all that may be returning the case because it just doesnt work as well as wed hoped. The fan however seems like it would be fantastic for the right case. May update the review if we can get it working in another case.

> 3 dayWas looking for a fan to keep my raspberry pi cooler while I have it mounted on to a ender 3 3D printer and it does pretty good, even with it being in inside a enclosure tent for the printer.

> 3 dayBest fan, works so nicely, and it’s soooooo quiet. I just wish it had a bit more cooling capacity.

09-06-2025I bought and tested a few 5v fans. The Noctua fan outperforms them all by ~20 degrees Celcius. The build quality is incredible and the soft silicone corner mounting points and fully sleeved cables are a plusses. I was able to use two of the included barbed rubber mounting rods instead of screws.

> 3 dayMore expensive than other similar fans but very well made and quiet. I was replacing a fan in a charging station and bought this and a cheap fan to compare the difference. This fan was way quieter to me and worth the purchase. It was thinner than the 20mm thick fan and less air but the charger does not feel any hotter to the touch than with the old fan. With the Noctua the charger is now virtually silent. I have to get right up to the cooling ports to feel and hear it working.

Greater than one weekI used this to replace the extremely noisy case fan on my Ender 3 printer. I had replaced the main board so I could choose either a 24v (which Noctua doesnt have as best I can tell) or 5v version. The original fan sounded like a jet engine when it was running and this one is virtually silent.
