> 24 hourThis review is of the Noctua NF-A9 PWM, Premium Quiet Fan, 4-Pin (92mm, Brown). From a quality standpoint, they thought of everything - it is ultra high quality in construction. Every little detail to reduce noise has been thought of, from anti-vibration considerations to decibel output. I didnt know squat about Noctua, but its clear to me that they focus on building quality products.

> 24 hourI used this product to replace two 92mm fans on some workstation-class R17 LGA2011 air coolers. The ball bearings on those fans seem barbaric now that my new noctua fans have zero bearing noise, and a gentle woosh of air. And when one of my five currently-employed noctua fans wears out over the next six years, I know noctua will be there with a warranty service.

> 24 hourI have many Noctua fans. Right away I knew this was a lot better just by the opening the box I could feel the difference in build quality and weight when compared to the Kraken G12 stock fan. I do not think it was necessary to replace the stock fan but I like having piece of mind. RPM is a lot higher than stock and although I know it is not very scientific to say this but just using my hand to feel hoh much air is being pushed was very apparent that the Noctua fan pushes 2 or 3 times as much air as the stock fan even at the same noise level. at 1500 rpm the stock fan maxes out and feels pretty weak but is silent. The Noctua at that same speed pushes a lot more air and is barely audible. At full speed it is highly audible so set your fan curve accordingly. The full speed noise is not annoying but it is there. You get all the usual accessories, extension, splitter, LNA, etc. I use splitters in my build and for me the accessories included give great value and you get a quality fan. Most of my Noctuas were made in China including this one and I dont see any performance difference compared to ones from taiwan.

> 24 hourThis fan lives up to its reputation. A lot of extra goodies come with it, easy to install, very quite, and moves air through my TX3 wonderfully. The two-tone shades of brown are not easy on the eyes, but that doesnt take away from the fans performance. A shout out to Noctua for making great fans.
