Noctua NH-C14S, Premium CPU Cooler with NF-A14 PWM 140mm Fan (Brown)

Great compact cooler.

Je navais aucun besoin dun refroidisseur aussi performant, cest même un peu excessif pour mon usage personnel, mais je ne regrette absolument pas cet achat ! Je voulais surtout un refroidisseur de processeur qui soit silencieux et je suis servi. Mais je savais à quoi mattendre puisque tout mon système est équipé Noctua.

Works well in a 4U case (fan under). Looks nice, does a decent job cooling, not as good as my bigger DH, but is more then adequate for cpus pushing around 115W TDP.

Easy to install, keeps 8700k cool with little effort. Fan is pretty quiet on it. Ability to have the fan mount above, below or both is great for tall ram or smaller pc cases

Cools my i7-4790K better than the stock cooler. After installing this cooler my CPU temperatures actually dropped several degrees which is great. I do not overclock my system but feel confident that if I needed to this cooler could handle it.

I love this fan/heatsink. Its pretty much silent, which is awesome compared to my previous fan that was causing noise pollution with its whine. I can now hear myself think again. It easily clears RAM and motherboard heatsink (my motherboard has a big MSI heatsink on it). Its a big fan/heatsink but it fit comfortably enough on my motherboard and in my case. I mounted the fan on top instead of on bottom because it was a little easier to install and it looks cool through the window on the side of my case. Installation was a bit of a pain but the provided instructions were clear and I didnt run into any major issues. The packaging was pretty impressive for something so utilitarian...everything felt like a premium product. It comes with everything you need including a screwdriver!

Amazing heatsink. Cant do much better for the size.

It worked, but I expected more from this massive thing. My much smaller NH-U9S out preforms this giant. I do love how it looks in low profile mode,

I decided to go with a top-down cooler for my mini-ITX build (ASUS STRIX B550-I) to cool my Ryzen 7 3700X, as well as provide airflow to the motherboard in a small form factor case (Cooler Master NR200). This certainly does just that, but beware of the rather cumbersome cable management that comes with this because of how the heatsink gets in the way of accessing some motherboard I/O and power connectors.

Upgraded my firewall appliance to an i7-4770K to make full use of the throughput provided by my new 500/500 Mbps internet connection. Running Prime95 or AIDA64s System Stability Test saw temps that were alarmingly high so I replaced the cooler I had on the outgoing CPU (an i5-4570T) with this and like every other system of mine that has been graced by a Noctua cooler the temps came right down to comfortable values.
