> 24 hourWhat I dont like is the constant pop ups to either upgrade or to buy other Norton products. This is annoying to say the least.

> 24 hourGood stuff. Have bought Norton several times over the years and it never let me down. This was a good price for 3 devices.

> 24 hourNorton does not make this one easy to install just because it came from Amazon.

> 24 hourMy existing subscription expired in a month so I bought this expecting it to be added on to my existing coverage. It was not. I started by adding this new key into my PC apps subscription renewal screen. Norton then said I need to answer some questions before it could be registered and gave me a link to Norton site. There, I re-entered KEY and it finally added the subscription, but as new & separate. So I now have two overlapping subscriptions for about 5 weeks. If I called their agent might be able to merge them but its a hassle to call and finally reach a person... then I might fail... not worth the bother. So, if youre in the same situation, my advice is to WAIT to do a renewal with this new key until a few days before your EXISTING subscription expires. Also, Norton now seems to allow you to extend an existing subscription for a lower cost if you cancel auto-renewal and give reason of price to high. This generated a Renew Now for $14.99 for next year (but then enormous price for following years). Maybe do this each year to retain an affordable price??? Finally, I also got redirected to a Norton page saying the software wasnt compatible with my PC OS, which is Win 11. But Ive been running on Win 11 for a few weeks now. So thats also confusing. The Norton company is not very customer friendly.

> 24 hourFirst, this was supposed to be a download, said upon purchase the key would be given. It was not. A box with the key was delivered the next day with PRIME. When I downloaded it, it came up as a trial, not the one-year subscription I paid for. It kept asking me to reset my email and password over and over. After a couple hours, I finally got logged in to find they had my address of 6 years ago and I could not change it. They also had my visa info of 6 years ago, no way to change it. Waited 2-1/2 hours to reach someone on a chat line who spent another hour and a half trying to change my address. Finally I got a supervisor who was able to set this up my taking access to my computer and answering questions I had. If you have nothing to do all day and like spending all day on what should be able to be downloaded correctly in a couple minutes, this is for you. However, Id describe it as a worst nightmare situation. Unfortunately I had downloaded what I thought was a one-yr subsription on a 2nd computer, which now I have to uninstall and reinstall what I hope will be the one-year plan.

> 24 hourSubscription renewed automatically at $103.00. My fault for not disabling Auto-Renew, but I never received an advance notice for bank account debit. I checked Spam folder and it was not there. My checking account was overdrawn. You cannot simply ask for a credit. Someone overseas argued with me for a while, then tried to sell me another less expensive subscription. I repeated cancel, cancel, cancel, and finally I got my credit. I was on the phone for 30 min, first trying to reach someone, then fighting with the Customer Service rep. What a pain, I do not recommend this product due to the sad customer support.

> 24 hourYou must be sure to log into your Norton account if you ever had one no matter how long ago it was. Once that is done, the installation is smooth. I had to disable their search page. It is not intuitive. There are also many pop-ups. I stopped those also. There is a password saver that seems pretty good. I am using it as a backup. I am trying this as a replacement for McAfee. It may prove to be a viable less expensive option.
