Norton 360 Norton techs tried about 10 times to put the Norton 360 on my laptop with no success. This one was defective or has a wrong product key and was useless. I had to return it to Amazon for a refund and purchase Norton 360 from Norton while their tech was on the line renewing my Norton for 2023. Thankfully that one worked.

I have worked with government security, and I trust Norton 360 Deluxe to protect my sensitive computer/mobile information. I have used them for years. The software is easy to install, is very user friendly, and a great value for the price you pay. I would highly recommend this product.

The answer to the question whether this can be installed IN ADDITION to your current subscription, thereby extending it, is incorrect. If you click on active, you will go to your subscription status where there is no add a key to be found anywhere. You first have to cancel auto-renewal (it takes about half a dozen clicks on cancel to finally get rid of the auto-renewal) and then wait until your current subscription expires while contending with all of the annoying messages to renew. Once you cancel auto-renew, the word active is replaced with renew and there is still no add a key. When you are notified that your subscription will expire, then you can TRY to install this one. Good luck with that. If it doesnt work, you will probably need to do a Norton re-install from scratch (and, by then, it will likely be way past the 30-day refund on this product from Amazon).

I ordered the card with the access key. Easier to install.

I had Norton before but dropped it for the new Antiviruses after Norton did not seem to be keeping with the new computer infections. I then saw the reverse when the new antiviruses began to not protect my computer and,on top of that, were charging extra for every single upgrade out there while Norton got better and offered all the upgrades and same new features for a single price. Well, back to oldie but goodie and cheaper too.

Been using Norton for years. Its lean and doesnt slow machine. Maybe not needed with built in Windows security, but I like the way it works, and I get a loot of use from the included password manager.

Norton is horrible now. I used them for years previously. I spent an hour trying to cancel the auto renewal, at 4 times the price of the original purchase. Turns out you have to set up a chat and then they wasted about 30 minutes trying to talk me out of cancelling the auto renewal and also kept badgering me to not cancel the whole subscription. Thats an hour and a half of my life tonight that I cant get back. I will NEVER do business with Norton again. The marketing people have ruined their product. Better options out there.

Ive used Norton for a decade. However over the last year their marketing has become intrusive, annoying and pervasive. They are trying to enlarge their corporate reach buy adding companies and services to their portfolio. In turn they are advertising those services to the point of now becoming the very type of violator that we need an antivirus program to prevent, spam. Norton now generates incessant, repetitive, annoying and intrusive spam messages meant to stimulate you to buy additional programs and services. It is at the point where I find it so annoying that if it continues I will dump them cold. Whoever in their marketing department developed this approach should be fired and replaced immediately before general consensus tanks their stock.

I purchased Norton 360 Deluxe (key card) in April of 2021. Of course I had to give my credit card info like everybody else did even though it was purchased through my Amazon account. No problems with installation although it did definitely noticeably slow my desktop down. Today I got notification Norton was automatically renewing my subscription and charging my credit card $112.86 which is more than 3 times the original price I paid. So, I went to their web site and thought I was cancelling the renewal. I got notification via another email confirming the cancellation. Good thing I thoroughly checked this as yes, they cancelled my auto-renew but it was for the next time (April 2023). I had to go back into the Norton web site and cancel my subscription. In addition, I had to go back again to submit a refund request. Although my original subscription is not technically up until end of this April, I started to get weird spam emails almost immediately. Scary.
