Norton 360 Deluxe 2023, Antivirus software for 5 Devices with Auto Renewal - Includes VPN, PC Cloud Backup & Dark Web Monitoring [Key Card]

Very difficult to cancel renewal. Will not take NO for an answer. Way too many upgrade feature addons angin will not take NO for an answer. Expensive renewal. Not interested in another year for these reasons

Norton 360 is a user friendly application and has done a good job of keeping me safe for more than a decade. I spend a fair amount of time on the web and 360 has saved me from malicious attaches many times. I use it to regularly protect my various electronis devices.

Been using for years. Never had any problems. If you buy it with automatic renewal, cancel it and purchase again rather that use automatic renewal because it costs less .

Ive been a subscriber to Nortons security products for many years. Each time I re-up, there are always new possibilities bundled into the basic virus and malware protection. This time, I counted five new protections, which, once installed, likely do the job well, but time-wise, may need tech assistance to install them properly. Nortons tech service is superb--no waiting for chat-based help, and immediate a-haa comes up after the problem is explored. But--there are the unexplained pop-ups to promote the services of 360, and the frustration of their sudden apperance at the most awkward times. There is apparently no way to control these irritating pop-ups, which are more like a barb in ones shoe each time they appear. So my rating drops one star for this problem.

I have not used tech support yet but I will have to because Im not sure all my devices are covered? I think I was able to get 2 covered but not sure. So when I call tech support and figure it out Ill be back to let you know how it went.

I first tried installing this product by entering the product key. I took a screenshot of the product key to ensure I had entered it correctly. Norton advised me this product key is not compatible with my device, although I have a 1-year-old HP laptop with Windows 10 64-bit Version 1909. But then I tried again, and for some unknown reason, the product key successfully registered to my account. Working fine now!

Not to much trouble installing on the first computer, but the second one never could get it to download. Never have a problem with the CD disc. But they save money by making you download it. And couldnt care less after they have your money. With all the unresolved problems with norton anymore Im switching to a different company.

Ive used Norton for years, each year purchasing a new key card. Im very upset about the new subscription direction. Ill renew this year but did consider Kaspersky before purchasing. Also too bad Internet Security was discontinued and Norton 360 is the only option. Not sure what Ill do next year.

Norton forces you to use a credit card for auto renewal. Although Amazon says a one time charge, Norton wont let you install without a credit card. I prefer to be offered a renewal and know the price, rather than have to cancel it once they charge me for another year. They also didnt offer multiple years which I prefer.

hard to turn off autorenewal, good product, necessary in this day and age
