With a genetic predisposition for anxiety, I have always struggled with anxiety. However, after moving from the southern US, the anxiety I suffered became debilitating. Not until I had numerous doctors visits and complained that I felt like something was very, very wrong, and that I felt I was falling apart (uncharacteristic for a motivated individual like myself) did they test me for a smorgasbord of things. The only test that came back abnormal was vit D. My total combined level was less than 25, and I was put on 5,000 IU every day for a month. This helped amazingly! Suddenly, situations that would have me curled into a ball were tolerable, and I could face the world again. Anxiety attacks that would pulsate burning rays throughout my body and result in me running for the bathroom now are almost entirely gone! The product came as described . Great price and product. The pill is small enough to swallow no problem

Take your vitamins in the morning and your minerals at night. Thats my golden rule which I learned from a now deceased (he was an older man) Naturopath I used to get my eye capillaries read as in Iridology. I like this NOW Vita D because its a potent form of vitamin D for a great price. This is one of the main supplements that I need to take because of my Hashimotos/Hypothyroidism and because its been said that Vita D deficiency is an epidemic because of our modern lifestyles. I have 4 go-to books that I trust for information that my Doctors do not always advise me on. (Im not getting paid to promote any of this content. I do my research and take what works for me.) Stop The Thyroid Madness, The Thyroid Patients Manual, Hypothyroidism And Hashimotos Thyroiditis, and Hashimotos Protocol. All four of these guides recommend Vita D supplementation if you have this double affliction. Do your own research, though. Im writing what has worked for me to keep me healthy.

Easy to take Very small size They don’t taste bad like some vitamins

I took this for more energy and Im pretty sure it worked. However, what I know it worked for was making my teeth stronger. Originally I had a tooth aching probably due to fillings and then I took this vitamin D and it went away. I know it was the vitamin D because it was the only thing I changed in my diet. I didnt add any extra supplements and I continued to stay inside. After a week my teeth felt stronger and no pain. This was an unintended side effect.

I am lactose intolerant and my doctor suspected I was deficient in Vitamin D, she was right. After taking 1 soft gel a day, my acne started clearing up. I have been searching for 2 years something that will help my acne and have spent hundreds of dollars on supplements, cleanses, and visits to a naturopath with no success. I just wish I had known about the link between Vitamin D and acne sooner. Would have saved a lot of heartache…and money lol. To anybody suffering from acne, make sure your not deficient in Vitamin D.

It IS possible to overdose on vitamin D! Please consult your doctor before you start taking this if you think youre deficient! I found out that I had a severe Vitamin D deficiency when I needed to get a complete blood count for other health reasons. Not sure how that happened, because I live in a city where the sun shines every single day and we worship rainy days. Maybe I need to get out more. At the time, I didnt have a doctor, so I thought Id try taking an OTC supplement until I could get in to see one. I searched for the highest amount of IU available and when I came across this listing, I got excited because I knew I could trust NOW to be a good quality while still beating out pretty much all the competition in terms of price. It didnt take too much comparison shopping to realize that I wasnt wrong. I ended up needing 50,000 IU which is prescription-only, so I dont take this anymore. By the time I actually got around to finding a primary care physician and going to see them, I had gone through 2 bottles of NOWs vitamin D already. I really dont consider it a waste, though, and if I end up needing to maintain my vitamin D levels after theyre up to par, Ill definitely be throwing this back in the shopping cart.
