Im A Ginger and cant go out in the sun without being fried like a tomato, SO....I am always vit. D. deficient. Something you dont want to be because it has some pretty crappy side effects, with that said, I will probably have to take Vit D supplements for life. These were a good price when I purchased them and unlike other supplements on here that charge about 4x the amount you can get them at the store, these were actually priced right. So far, they work as they should. NO complaints.

I was shopping for the best product I could find and I am happy to say I think I have found it. Excellent quality at a good price... Who could ask for more? The 5000 IU has been great for me. I had regular low vitamin D3 levels but my last one was great. My oncologist was very pleased and said I should Keep doing whatever I am doing! - What I have been doing is 5000 D3 per day. Thanks for a great product!

I take these daily for my low D problem. I take two a day now. I have been able to maintain my D levels and not have to take the very high dose prescription D. Thank You

I dont usually recommend vitamins really but I believe d-3 has helped my immune system...I have not had a serious cold for 5 years! and when I do feel one coming on it is short lived with mild symptoms

Have been using these D3 supplements for a couple years now. My blood work from the Dr. verifies they work well. I went from being VERY deficient to optimal levels. Now i take 2 pills daily as maintenance. Youd be surprised what a vit D deficiency does to your system. Mental fog, lethary, confusion, depression, disorientation in the most severe cases. Pretty much anyone who doesnt work outside for a living should be supplementing with this. Vit D is also very fat soluble so anyone whos overweight should pretty much take 10k IU daily. Theres an excellent joe rogan podcast where they discuss the importance of D supplementation and how critical this is in modern life.
