Got rid of some problems I was having

Came in as expected!

I’ve been taking One A Day Multivitamins for the past few months and can say I do feel better generally. I started taking it because I don’t get enough Vitamin D or B6 or B12. There are however, a few things I’ve noticed since first starting. You should make sure you’re properly hydrated and taking the vitamin after having a big meal. I found that not eating after taking it agitated my stomach a bit and made me feel nauseous. I’m sure the effect is different on everyone, this is just what I’ve noticed. Otherwise, I’m been feeling less sick and in a better mood. My only criticism is that this bottle only has 200 vitamins. For the price you could go to Costco and get it on sale regularly for $2-3 more at 300 per bottle.

I have been taking these vitamins for nearly a year. What made me go for them is the amount of vitamins and minerals for the amount of pills you get. I don’t think anyone else comes close. One side effect is the slight nausea you get when you do not eat or drink enough with the pills. I’ve taken them without anything in my stomach and I immediately regret it! Overall these pills give you the largest amount of vitamins for your hard earned money.

I think it’s important to manage expectations. A good diet and a healthy workout routine is always the best solution to feeling healthier. However if you don’t have the best diet this does help. I’ve noticed that I do feel quite a bit better physically after taking these consistently for a week or more. Slight increase in energy and alightly better sexual performance. Im 28 and I sit at my desk all day. These are good for replacing essential nutrients you may be missing.
