Boring and dependent. Nothing to report on usage. Just a simple multi vitamin. Was diagnosed with depression and anxiety so using this to up my vitamin D intake.

I mean not really much to say. Take it by itself though. Can be a bit tricky to swallow. I take mine first in the AM and my other pills all at once. Trust me. But its a good value.

They where for my son. He said no flavor. Easy to swallow for people that take pills. No upset stomach or nauseous for him.

Basic vitamin. Very good.

Simple multivitamin that is relatively cheap and effective. I found that the pills themselves are best taken with water after a meal. As long as you dont crush the pill or let it sit in your mouth for too long, it wont leave a nasty aftertaste.

after getting a IV I was told I must be low on Iodine that my body ate it up fast. The very lil he gave me to clean me he said would give me energy that evening it was def true . This is a great buy
