I just took my 1st pill last night. Its 5AM right now and I have the strongest rod Ive had in a long time. And 15 mins later it still has not gone away. As someone who has used more expensive multivitamins in the past and never noticed any difference, Im genuinely blown away by this. Switched to this brand because everything is so damn expensive now. It works wonders

To be frank, this brand of vitamin isnt exactly top of the line (not the sellers fault of course) They are not meant to be chewed (I can tell you that from experience). However, the coarseness of the tablet is kind of telling about how the absorption goes. There are better multivitamins out there, but for the money this one gets the job done!

I have been taking these vitamins for nearly a year. What made me go for them is the amount of vitamins and minerals for the amount of pills you get. I don’t think anyone else comes close. One side effect is the slight nausea you get when you do not eat or drink enough with the pills. I’ve taken them without anything in my stomach and I immediately regret it! Overall these pills give you the largest amount of vitamins for your hard earned money.
