Gives me energy it dont upset your stomach. First vitamin I ever had to take with food according to instructions.

The problem is that I ordered two, one for men and one for women, the mens expiration date is 12/23 but womens 04/24. It is not normal because it is very short period

ive used this product for over a year based completely on what it gives you in a serving. I do not like taking vitamins with 300% dosing on most of its nutrients like a gnc megamen and others. I also have to add to my daily magnesium oxide, tons of potassium, several calcium, and d3. it is a good base vitamin for the $

To be frank, this brand of vitamin isnt exactly top of the line (not the sellers fault of course) They are not meant to be chewed (I can tell you that from experience). However, the coarseness of the tablet is kind of telling about how the absorption goes. There are better multivitamins out there, but for the money this one gets the job done!
