Standard multivitamins. The pills are pretty big, like most multivitamins, so theyre not super easy to swallow, but I dont expect anything less. They have no flavour. They contain the required vitamins and minerals.

ive used this product for over a year based completely on what it gives you in a serving. I do not like taking vitamins with 300% dosing on most of its nutrients like a gnc megamen and others.
