> 3 dayI think it’s important to manage expectations. A good diet and a healthy workout routine is always the best solution to feeling healthier. However if you don’t have the best diet this does help. I’ve noticed that I do feel quite a bit better physically after taking these consistently for a week or more. Slight increase in energy and alightly better sexual performance. Im 28 and I sit at my desk all day. These are good for replacing essential nutrients you may be missing.
