> 3 dayWhen I purchased, I compared this to a much older Hitachi model that I already owned. The color is not nearly as vibrant as the older Hitachi model. In one instance, no matter what color settings I try, the yellow consistently looks like a darker, more mustard, color. Additionally, the picture quality always seems slightly dimmer, despite maxing out the brightness setting and the two projectors allegedly having a similar lumen output. Overall, its an okay projector, but I expected a lot more quality when compared to an older and used projector. Also, their tech support is not great from my experience. I personally wouldnt buy it again.

> 3 dayI bought this product last December, and I have been using it in a daily basis. Its been 6 months and the project broke down. Two red lights blinking, and the project doesnt work anymore. I bought from amazon US and it shipped to me to Saudi Arabia. I tried to contact optpma but they werent helpful at all. I need help. Im tired of trying but nobody answers back.

> 3 dayVery impressive picture. Works exceptionally well with Xbox one and Amazon fire stick HD. An external speaker is highly recommended. I got a Bluetooth sound bar and linked it to my fire stick. Motion and color and picture while gaming is fantastic. Makes games like GTA and RDR incredibly immersive on big screen.

Greater than one weekLordy lordy I love it. Its a major upgrade from what I had great picture and is fairly quiet. Can have lights on in the room and still see the picture fairly well. I give this product a 10 of 10 so far.

> 3 dayThis projector is garbage it has decent bright Levels but the picture quality is horrible. I ran 4k content thought it and it just looks bad not what I expected. I returned it and got a BenQ much happier with this model

> 3 dayReturning for refund. Broke after 15 min of use. I inspected the bulb and that was not the issue. This is not my first projector. Room needs to be dark for good view of picture. With just a little light, you cannot see anything this thing projects. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. $700 budget? Go get something else.

> 3 dayLet me say now that there is no lag at all when playing a video game. The picture is pretty damned good, and Im playing a few different games, from shooters to RPGs, the biggest thing I was worried about was lag, I can say that its impossible to see.

> 3 dayI had an old Optoma HD 20 and I underestimated the technological improvements since then. The brights are brighter and the darks are darker. Even my non descriminating family noticed the clarity without my prompting. I watch on a 95 inch screen with controllable ambient light. Vivid mode is great for all lighting situations but I prefer Cinema with the lights out, as seen in my pics. Remote is fine with lots of options. I spent 10k on my first hd projector and while I’m no videophile, I highly recommend this projector. Everyone who has seen it is shocked at the quality. I know you can spend way more for “far better” projectors, but this is unbelievable quality for the money. A great $600 investment.

Greater than one weekThe picture quality is great. Was on the fence about maybe getting a 4k projector, but realized how unnecessary it was for me. 1080p is perfect. The brightness is great. Sometimes I darken the room, but it isnt necessary most of the time. The input lag is so low, I dont notice it. Even when Im playing a FPS like Halo Infinite. It creates a good amount of heat (like any projector) and the built in speakers are awful. But who cares about that? I bought a cheap sound bar and Im very happy with the whole set up.
