> 3 dayI was so excited about scanning my old photos. Loved the idea of the photo feeder. Within 30 to 40 scans I was getting a 1 dark band and white lines in the middle of the pictures. Not all, just some, but enought to put it back in the box and return it to the store. Best Buy, Bed Bath and Beyond, Staples, Frys, and Target no longer carry the unit. Staples claimed it was a holiday item. Was it because of all of the complaints? I really like the unit, hated the quality. Mine was the white Model O5 which appears to be their most current product.

Greater than one weekThis scanner worked fine for the first couple of pictures and then it put lines on every photo even after we cleaned it. Too bad it looked like such a great deal.

> 3 dayI owned an early model of this mini scanner which served me well for several years before it gave up. For $30 I figured I couldnt go wrong with another. This model scans much faster than the old model so I am more likely to use it. I mostly use it for scanning receipts, business cards, and Christmas cards. The photo quality isnt terrific but the alternative is that I would just loose those images forever so they are better than nothing for sure. Yes there are fine white lines across all the dark areas of a photo like others have noted so if you are into high quality photos this scanner is not for you. If you want something cheap, quick, and adequate than this scanner will do fine.

> 3 dayIts an easy little scanner to use, but many of the pictures do not come out very well. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
