Premetto che ascolto solo jazz e quindi limito le mie valutazioni al genere. Ottima fattura, davvero rara, anche su cuffie più costose.

I tried 5 other pairs and liked these the most. I list to dance music and alternative, I like imaging and detail in the sound and also little emphasis on the bass and highs. The next best that I tried were HiFiMan HE400i. Those may sound even better but werent loud enough for me.. I also liked the Monolith by Monoprice M565C. Those two are recommended by the NYT wirecutter reviews and are more expensive at $200. I disliked the SENNHEISER HD 599 SE, they were uncomfortable and didnt sound good to me. Others that I tried included beyerdynamic Dt 990 and Audio-Technica ATH-AD700X which were ok.

Having previously bought Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 over ear headphones, I found that despite the sound quality being superb, my ears and head got as hot as a hot thing, and listening to music became almost unbearable after about 3/4 of an hour. So I looked at open back headphones, and was drawn to the Fidelio X2HRs.

Buscaba unos cascos de música HIFI que tuvieran poca coloracion o casi planos, no totalmente planos, como se necesita en los estudios. Quería que no fueran totalmente cerrados, para que fueran más espaciosos y estos cascos cumplen de sobra con ello. Tengo otros casos de Estudio totalmente planos y se nota la diferencia entre unos y otros pero la coloración o ligera tonalidad de estos Philips no es relevante. Totalmente recomendables. Yo aproveché una oportunidad de producto como nuevo, estaba impecable, a un precio muy rebajado.

Muy bien el sonido, un poco aparatosos y caros.
