I replaced a Wahl that I had for years and wish I had done so sooner. While larger and not quite as easy to handle its just fine but is better overall. Blades wont rust, and it can be used for all your trimming tasks. The guards are confusing/not well identified or marked which is the only real bummer. And, unlike a standard trimmer/clipper guard theyre measured in mm so you have to do a conversion to line these up with what you were previously familiar with. But thats a minor gripe for a good trimmer thats sharp and handy...and I hope long lasting.

Bought to be able to use with my boyfriends beard and hair and works great as a simple trimmer etc but wouldnt advise to use to line up a beard etc. I would spend extra money and grab a higher end machine for that

Good trimmer system but I have two complaints. The first is the precision trimmer kind of sucks. Not nearly as good the Wahl models I am replacing. It simply doesnt trim close enough. You can compare the two heads and see the difference. Truly wish there was a better precision head available for this model. Second it would be nice if it had some form of USB charging for travel. Not a make or break but it would make it better. Due to the fact I will likely have to buy a separate precision trimmer I give this 4/5. I am not sure if I will use this long term (aka several years) or replace it in a few months. So I am disappointed as I expected this to last me years and be travel friendly.

Once you get going with this trimmer its great. The problem is that it is very difficult to read the sizes on the guards or differentiate between them. After you make your selection the usage is fine. Battery life seems fine.

I reviewed all the accessories to facilitate organize all of them to my husband I will recommend Philips to write the numbers using different color because its very hard to identify each component. I purchased also a travel case to have everything organized.

I have no regrets !

I have been using this for a few months and have no complaint. Battery seems to last a very long time with the light trimming I do weekly. It doesnt go dead just from sitting. cuts well. easy to manuver.

i bought this trimmer about 8 months ago. i used pretty consistently. at least 4 times a week. i had never charged it. battery life lasted ~8 months of constant use. I had never needed or tried charging the trimmer. yesterday it wouldn’t turn on. tried charging and it didn’t do anything. tried charger on other device and it charged other device. charger was working good but trimmer must have been bad in some component. still very reliable trimmer. i would’ve wanted to rebuy the trimmer itself without all the pieces. but this is all they offer i recommend trimmer just buy coverage plan

Its decent, think the wahl one might be better
