Appears to be a quality product and works well in initial hair and beard cutting. Worlds worst packaging. Everything falls on the floor when you pull out the flimsy plastic holding the parts. Packaging like you expect from the dollar store. Because the packaging is complete garbage, there is no decent way to store all the parts other than in a big jumble. The flimsy black storage pouch is useless -- try to find one of a dozen very similar black things inside a crowded tiny black bag. Probably designed for blind people who can do it purely by touch. Sizes embossed on the guards are also essentially unreadable except in just the right light. No braille for blind people, though, so that shoots that theory. Compared to other models, battery life should be good, but have not tested. Mainly got this model for the alleged 5 hour battery life compared to 1 hour for other models. No, I wont use it for 5 hours running, but I am assuming this battery will be able to hold 10 minutes of charge for more years of use than a 1 hour battery. Power switch is also annoying. Push to turn on, push to turn off. Also, it is in a position that it is easy to push while using the trimmer, turning it off unexpectedly. Annoying. Bad engineering design on the beautiful artistic switch. Probably designed by someone who was hoping it would hang on the wall in a museum. No doubt the theory is this will be bought for the husband by a wife who can appreciate the finer esthetics of its artistic design. Edit: Another annoyance is the power cord. If you try to use it while plugged in, power cord on the one I got tends to fall out. In addition, because the power cord supplies DC power, and it has 2 prongs, it will only fit one way, and its guaranteed to not be the way you try first. Need a keen eye to see the indexing slot. A much better design would use a coaxial plug, hardly an innovation. That would also allow a charging stand that takes up less space and would be way more convenient. Another engineering/marketing fail.

The battery life of the product is excellent. In terms of use, the blades irritate the skin.

Great trimmer. Lots of parts that cash be overwhelming but honestly it is intuitive because it’s color coordinated. Extreme sharp blade that fit my ear a like when i went to line up my sideburns so be careful.

This is just a nice inexpensive trimmer that is easy to use and exactly what I need for daily beard trimming. Plenty of quick change tips for different applications, nose hair, wide trim, narrow detail trimming, foil shaver, etc. I would recommend this trimmer for anyone that just needs a beard trimmer. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Its almost like there are too many attachments. But maybe that is not a bad thing. Ive identified the ones I expect to use the most and keep them separate from the others. If things change I can locate and use the ones Ive set aside. I bought it mainly for trimming my beard and mustache. However I think it could be used to trim the hair on your childs head and, with practice, perhaps the dad might let mom use it on him. At the cost of haircuts, that can be a real savings. Two haircuts just about covers the cost. Havent had to recharge it yet. Im very concerned that it could slip out of my hand, so I put two wraps on it to improve my grip on the very slick metal body of the trimmer.

Very nice trimmer and accessories. Works great, easy to use and clean. Some reviews noted small mm size numbers on trimmer heads. While true, simply use a Permanent marker and write larger numbers. Also I grouped the heads in 3 Ziplock bags, dividing up for Hair, Beard, and ones I probably rarely or never use. Long Battery life and overall a fantastic trimmer. Experienced no problems for months now.

I had an old Norelco for about 15 years and too this day the battery last about 6 months on a charge. Unfortunately, I lost the charger and was forced to look for a new trimmer. I read the reviews of some who said this unit didnt hold a charge but took the chance and Im not disappointed at all. So far the battery has lasted 2 months and still going. Curious to see if i can get 6 months out of this one as well. [side note] Whats the best way to find a lost item... buy a new one. About 2 weeks of use with this new Trimmer and BAM... the old charger cord shows up. Just the same... im not returning this new one as it works that well. Very pleased !

I got this hoping it could replace (and be a bit better than) my OneBlade trimmer. Well, it was like going from a pair of rusty roller skates to a brand new Lexus. This trimmer cut through my dense and coarse beard like a hot knife through butter, and without any snags! Not only is this my new trimmer, but Ill also be buying more of them for upcoming birthdays! I cant recommend this enough.
