Upgrading from a TN 1080p 60 hz 24 inch monitor, to this IPS 1440p 165 hz is a HUUUUUGE difference. Well, Im sure thats obvious, but it really makes a difference. Right now I cant even run many games above 90 fps, and given I still have about 75 fps of breathing room, I know Im future proof while I upgrade my gpu. Not certified G-sync but it is compatible- although again I dont get past 90 fps very often, so I dont notice a difference with it on or off. Read some reviews of dead pixels, fortunately the screen is perfect and only minor I guess its called Ips glow on the left side, but its only noticeable when Im in complete darkness, and on a dark scene in a video game. This is me nit picking, though. I believe there are 2 competitors to this monitor right now in this price range, and the newer gigabyte option is tempting, however given most people wont be maxing out this monitor anyway, latency time is on par with what youd expect in this price range, and if Im being honest, I personally notice zero inverse ghosting (I think its called) until I set overdrive to high. High, it does make games have a strange trail to movement so I tend to stick to low or medium and latency is never an issue. great choice.

I had a 4k 32” monitor for gaming on my xbox series x, this was recommended by a friend and it’s a game changer. Buy a monitor that is compatible with your gaming console. I love it so far, easy set up and very clean.

The colors were awful when compared to a gigabyte g24f, while yes, it may be bad to compare a 24 and 27 inch monitor, but I was using a dual setup, and the differences were night and day. After messing with all the monitor settings, I could not get the images to be sharp as I’d like it to be and no matter what, the colors always were a little off than what it’s supposed to be. For example, black looks blue and white looks more blue as well, red looks more orange, etc. At this price range, you can get a better gaming monitor.

I really do love this monitor. It has no picture errors and performs as advertised. It has plenty of in/outputs and many options. My ONLY complaint is when I switch inputs from my PC to PS4. If theyre both on when this happens its no problem. However, if I turn off the PC before I remember to switch the inputs and the monitor turns off with the computer, it is insanely difficult trying to turn it back on to switch to the PS4 input before it turns itself off. It is difficult to determine when the monitor is back on, and it turns off before allowing you to switch inputs. Incredibly frustrating. Without that problem I could have easily rated this as a 5 star monitor.

This is my first proper monitor and all I can say is WOWW. Ive never experienced 1440p on a monitor, IPS nor past 90Hz so this is just amazing coming from a 24inch 60hz TN panel. The colors are great, dont bother with HDR its bad just like every single other monitor that claims to be HDR around these price range, response time is good. No dead or stuck pixels but there is some small amount of backlight for me though and I only notice it when I loaded up a black image. The bezels are very thin but there is a small black border around the display on the inside of the bezel. I cant say much for the stand since I mounted it on an arm immediately. 9.5/10 definitely reccomend.

So far I have no complaints about the monitor itself but its only been a day though. It was shipped without the screws to connect the upright part of the stand to its base so I gave it 4 stars for that inconvenience.

If you game in QHD because you dont have 600 million dollars to spend on the newest GPU, or dont feel like selling your children to scoop the newest ryzen processor then this monitor is for you. Priced well, build quality is very good. I do not recommend turning on HDR as it turns the picture to complete CRAP. Like unreadable. Aside from the HDR debacle, the image quality is superb. The monitor has some great features for gaming like a crosshair, different brightness modes etc. Definitely would recommend if you are considering a new quality monitor and do not feel like spending an arm and a leg on an LG or ASUS.

i bought the 27 inch 277 prime and ive seen all the good and bad reviews, i have recieved it and i am more than happy with it, being ips it has bright popping colors and its great with ghosting, ghosting is NOT an issue, not on mine anyways, if someone says that then they got a bad luck of the draw on the panel, and being an ips panel i was worried about bleeding and dark colors not dark enough, both those are not an issue with this monitor, i bought mine for $259 and thats a steal, i would have paid more and still would be very happy, it doesnt have everything the top monitors have but it has everything you can want if you like bright good looking colors that just pop out and fast response, fast 144 or 165hz, 1440p, its just beautiful, if you are thinking about getting the best bang for your buck... watch the youtube reviews on this monitor and buy it, you will be very happy with your purchase.
