It doesn’t have a sent to it but it pretty good about keeping odor in, I recommend buying their deodorizer carbon refills to help refuse the smell of diapers

Works great with our Diaper Genie II Deluxe Diaper unit. Highly recommended since Target, the food store, and even Walmart are much more expensive.

I would give this more stars but lets be real, I just always am left wanting more trash bag action for less monies! Also they dont do the best job at keeping the smell in, so theres that.

I got the diaper genie II as a baby gift and boy has it worked wonders! the smell is trapped in this little white container which has a foot pedal for easy opening! these refills are so easy to use and this is the best price i can find!!!
