Pokémon Ultra Moon - Nintendo 3DS

The game itself is great however the seller sends the world edition of the game instead of the US as advertised..

Im about 30 hours into the game and from what I can tell, it hasnt changed a ton. I pre-ordered Pokemon Sun and completed the pokedex with hundreds of hours of gameplay, so I know what Im getting myself into. The new pokemon changes really arent significant enough to explore and catch more as they really arent more powerful. Dont get me wrong, Ill play this game until I cant anymore, but it really hasnt struck with me enough to fall in love. If you are an avid pokemon lover, I would purchase. If not, wait until the next version comes out on the Switch.

Ive not yet finished this iteration of Pokemon, but so far its been a mostly neat new experience. At times it doesnt quite feel as exactly the Pokemon games of old, but if they take these new experiences and refine them when they get to a Switch version then I believe it could be something grand on a platform that could support many more possibility then the now aging Dual Screen systems.

Delightful game! I feel transported to Alola when I play. I always play Pokemon games many times through, and this remake makes it even more fun than usual to play through the Alola region again. I chose Ultra Moon this time, and had played Sun last year. I think Im spending even more time playing this version through!

I think it is good. However if you are looking for something totally different from sun and moon you wont find it but if you would like to play through Alola again with some things added or changed I can recommend it.

Lots of additional content compared to Sun and Moon, but I think they took out some important story elements. I wont say what to avoid spoilers if you havent looked into it yet, but the story felt incomplete. Gameplay improved, but story suffered.

I ordered a new one but i got a very used and in a bad condition game!! And it was labeled as new and i even payed for the full price of a new one!!!

These games are some of my favourite from the franchise. I remember spending all of 2017 summer playing the original moon and all of 2018 holidays playing newly released ultra sun. The games themselves are great improvements on the originals, and if you played the originals and are wondering if these are worth it, Ill tell you right now that they are! These games are better than every pokemon game on the switch for me at least, and yes, that includes bdsp and legends arceus! Now for those of you who are curious about the version (World/UAE edition or North American). In short, nintendo have officially stopped making any games new or old for these devices earlier this year. Amazon in the last few years has also started to support third party providers for their products. This means that unless you are getting your game from a third party who somehow has these games new in North America, you will almost always get the UAE/World edition... What does this mean? Almost nothing! The game performs the exact same as a North American copy (assuming you have a NA 3ds/2ds/3ds xl/2ds xl). The only difference you will see is on the box art of the game case. It will have a little circle with UAE countries in it, but that is all! In simpler words... If you are seeing if these games are good or want to play them, this is a great purchase, but if you are a collector who wants a NA branded game case, this might not be the one for you.
