> 3 dayMy speakers are placed on a 24 ft high brick wall with no baffle to reflect base. My patio is only 20ft x 20ft = 400sf They still sound surprisingly punchy with good base. If youre looking for very high fidelity, maybe you upsize, but Id certainly buy them again. The value/price ratio makes these an easy purchase.

> 3 dayLove the sound, look great and excellent mounting brackets. Replaced 5 year old cheap outdoor speakers, thought I might need to add sub under my deck but after listening to these they sound perfect by themselves.

> 3 dayI mounted these on the wall in the backyard (south facing) at least 2 years ago...they still sound like brand new.

> 3 dayYou can tell these are solid and well made, and the sound out of these is amazing. You arent going to get heavy bass out of these but I got exactly how much I expected. Paired with a subwoofer I get a lot of compliments on how good these sound. Took me a while to find the right amp to power these, keep in mind they are outdoor speakers so emphasis is more on durability than efficiency. So plan to give them a good bit if power. My amp gives each speaker 165W and the subwoofer 350W (little class D Amp - you can find it in my reviews) which sounds great even at lower volume. Definitely recommend for outdoor areas. I took one star off of the mounting, I wish there was a more permanent way to mount them as they are easy to accidentally bump upwards and knock off the wall.

> 3 dayI replaced Bose 151s and am very pleased. These Atrium6 speakers are crisper and have excellent bass for outdoor speakers. I have only one complaint. I was going to purchase another pair but the price went up from $250 to $399.... I wouldnt hesitate to buy another pair. I usually dont blast these, but they are capable. If you buy quality products and listen to well produced music, you dont need to blast the sound to enjoy. Although, sometimes it happens, and its nice to know I have the speakers to handle it.

> 3 dayAll the reviews dont lie. Great speakers for the money! I have them outside pointing toward our pergola, great sound range. I didnt know whether to mount them horizontally or vertically. I decided to mount them horizontally and I was not disappointed! I have it connected to an older Onkyo receiver with the capability to run two different rooms independently or together. Now we can listen to our jam inside and out.

> 3 dayThese speakers have just the right amount of kick. Fills up my back yard with quality sound without any issues. When I pump it up to the max I can tell they have some issues keeping up, but for casual background sound and listening alone they definitely get the job done.

> 3 dayI LOVE POLK.....and these also sound great. Easy install. I had first gotten the Atrium 5, and returned it. The Atrium 6 has much better bass (big sound difference).....and also note: while it does not say in the amazon description, it says on the owners manual - the Atrium 6 (and larger Atrium) - have a back port for 3db greater bass response. And it does. The Atrium 5 did not.....So, if you like deeper sound - purchase the Atrium 6. Great for late night jazz. ....also, i got a good deal off the open box WAREHOUSE DEALS with amazon.

> 3 dayGreat product. Highs not as sharp as bose 251, but base definitely more pronounced. Overall worth the money. Bose not worth the extra 200 bicls jnless you are willing to have the 251 for mids and highs and the free space for lows
