> 24 hourGreat portable monitor. Very sharp - noticeably better picture quality than the 1080p and 2k models I tried out before settling on this one. Very light. Pro tip: works well when powered by USB-C from the host computer, but you won’t get the best picture quality and brightness unless you also plug in the power adapter. If on a Mac - experiment with HDR. I find the picture quality much better with HDR turned *off.* Great and very responsive customer service. Highly recommended.

> 24 hourIm shocked how well this works given it was the cheapest 4k portable monitor I could find. Matte finish is nice, its reasonably bright, latency is not bad. It even comes with built in speakers. Aluminum shell is a nice touch. No driver download needed either. Only complaint is a tiny bit of stuttering in 4k videos, which is somewhat typical for in my experience for 4k video through USB C non-thunderbolt. Overall this will be more than adequate for my accounting work on the go. Now when will they make a 17 inch version?

Its light and slim that I am able to carry it in my backpack when I travel. The 15.6-inch display is sufficient for extensive gaming sessions. Setting up the monitor with my Nintendo Switch OLED was a breeze. Ive connected it to my MacBook Pro in addition to my Nintendo Switch, and each time it has functioned perfectly. > 24 hourIve been using it as my everyday monitor for xbox series x for almost every day for about 2 months, Id had some issues with third party cables but I thought it was the cables so I just got and adapter for Normal hdmi, one day it suddenly stopped working with hdmi all together and started only taking usbc, I found a work around by using both usb c ports for power but now it wont even take the included mini hdmi anymore unless it has 2 power sources plugged in, but when it works it looks and works amazing but a very finicky experience and took a lot of adjusting
How to connect the monitor to your device?
- If your device has the Thunderbolt 3 port/Full- featured USB-C port, please use the original USB-C cable because most USB-C cables do not support video signal. Note: this 4K monitor needs more power, if you meet the issue of "screen flickering", then please use the original wall charger to power the monitor.
- If your device has the HDMI port, you"ll need the HDMI cable for video and power cable as well.
- If your device has the (mini)DP port (e.g. old surface/ HP Elitebook/ old MacBook), you"ll need a (mini) DP to HDMI adapter in addition.
- When connecting to a Nintendo switch, it would be better to plug the switch"s original power adapter into the monitor for sufficient power supply.
- No battery inside the monitor. So please keep the monitor powered by the wall charger or the USB port on your laptop/PC for continuous power supply.
- No software or driver required! A user-friendly portable monitor!

Q1: Why it doesn"t work when I connect the monitor with my devices by my our USB-C cable.
A1: a. Please make sure the USB-C port on your laptop is a thunderbolt 3/4 port or supports display b. There are two kinds of USB-C cables, USB-C charging cable and USB-C video cable (the original one). Your own cable may be only a charging cable and not compatible.
If the original one stops working, please get in touch with our support team to get a new USB-C cable for free.

Q2: What if my laptop doesn"t have a USB-C or HDMI port?(e.g Surface Pro/ HP Elitebook/old MacBook )

A6: Only some series of Samsung phones(please refer to the following list) work with the monitor by the original USB-C to USB-C cable we provided. Other phones/tablets will need a HDTV cable or a wireless display adapter to connect with the monitor.
