Greater than one weekI had a previous version of this at my old house (longer model). That one was fine but this one really improved on all the flaws of the last one. I would recommend fishing tape for the install and obviously the recommended drywall saw. This is my 3rd install and the saw is a must. Dont use a steak or pocket knife. Your lines will be all off. The fish tape will make the whole thing much faster. I had a lot of thick insulation to get through and the tape and the new stiff power cord really made it a lot easier to get from hole to hole. I might have made a mistake last time, but know that the small piece of plastic connected to the screw on each box are supposed to remain on. Those are what lock it to the wall. This might be common knowledge, but maybe Ill help a slightly dumber guy such as myself. I got the hole thing done in under 30 minutes. Great great great buy.

> 3 dayI am writing this review 5-6 months after purchasing and installing the system. I do not remember the instructions now, but they certainly got me through the task of hiding my cables in our wall effectively. But our wall was an outside wall with insulation in it, and the task of getting the cable through/around the fiberglass was tricky. After working this out, we were very happy with the product and the clean way it worked for us. However, we needed to add another cable today. We had left a length of cord in the wall for this purpose. The bottom end of the cord was tied to a cable behind the lower box. The long upper end of the cord extended through our upper box and was tucked behind the adjacent TV wall hanging bracket. This meant that I had to remove the lower box, pull the new cable through the upper box, down to the bottom hole in the wall, push the cable through the lower box, and reattach the lower box to the wall. Both tab wings that hold the box in place broke off when I attempted the reattachment. I was especially careful with the second one after the first snapped off, but it did the same thing anyway. My observation was that these plastic tabs are way too weak to support the reinstallation process. This was not a happy revelation, but the product maker, PowerBridgeSolution.com offers Replacement Tab/Wings for a dollar each. I just purchased a small number of them for my immediate need and as extras, just in case. Just be aware of the fact that you may have to do the same.

> 3 dayI wanted to wall mount my TV without cords dangling down. This thing did the trick. I made sure to have the bottom hole a little higher than a normal outlet so I wouldn’t cut the electrical lines in the wall. I also have 3 HDMI cables running through the port. It’s everything I could have asked for and more.

> 3 dayOverall this product is great. Before finding the product, I planned to hire a professional guy to hide a ton of cables for me from TV mount to cabinet, he charged me $60. After contact him, I found this box on Amazon so I decided to do it myself. Finally I did it, one issue for me that I had to buy Splinter Guard Rod Set to run the cable inside wall with insulation, can not use bridge cable, it is not hard enough to get the wire through insulation. Manual easy to understand and details. The only reason is the plastic look a little cheap but the product worth for what you pay for, dont waste your money on installation service while you can do it yourself

Greater than one weekI bought this to support wall mounting of a Samsung 50 inch smart TV in our bedroom. The instructions were step by step and clearly written. Let me add here that Im not terribly skilled in home improvement, but this was a breeze. Having the right tools, per the instructions, is essential. The product is solidly made and worth the price.

Greater than one weekThis by far is the best purchase I’ve made with our new renovations. This was my 1st time installing cables behind the wall, and it made installation easy. I would recommend doing the same as I did. When running the initial power cable through the wall I tied 4 different long pieces of strings to the end and ran them down the wall as well. This allowed me to pulls each cable through the wall as well, making installation very easy.
