I have been taking the Zinc for over a year. Being fully vac’d and boostered, I feel that this has helped in keeping me well!

I used this to help balance vitamin deficiencies caused by my thyroid Hashimotos. I had mouth sores on and off for years and wanted to test whether a zinc deficiency was causing them. It works! My mouth sores stopped after 1-2 months of taking this zinc. I ran out and forgot to order more of this zinc and the sores came back. I used another form of zinc but it didnt work at all. Im definitely going to keep ordering this for my thyroid problems. Also, these are tiny capsules and are easy to swallow. Highly recommend!

Somehow Im getting a bottle every month while the bottle contains 60 tabs at one/day. I tried to cancel the auto ship but havent figured out how to do that. I currently have 3 full bottles.

Ive tried alot of different varieties of zinc supplements and this brand truly nails it. (literally) My nails are firmer, my acne is reduced, I have caught a cold in over two years and Im a chronically sick individual. Its been amazing.

I heard ADD & ADHD people often have copper overload and since ceruplasmin is rarely tested in patients without a family history of Wilsons disease an imbalance could easily go undetected. Vegetarian diets tend to be heavy in copper and lower in bioavailable zinc... since Cu & Zn compete for absorption this tends to lead to a Cu excess & Zn deficiency. I started taking this after hearing and reading about the Walsh Protocol and I believe it has made a vast improvement in my ADD and helped to keep. yeast infections at bay.
