There’s no way I can determine the absorption of the product.

I take a few things for my digestive issues: marshmallow, licorice, slippery elm and l-glut, so it’s hard to tell - if I’m doing well - what is responsible. I kept hearing abt zinc, and this type seems to be one of the best. Each capsule provides 273% of daily requirement, so I open capsule and use abt 1/2. Less is more is my philosophy. Since I’ve had good days using zinc I guess it’s not hurting - and probably helping.
