> 3 dayI gave these a try knowing that other reviews said that doctors like the brand as well. These pills do not give me nausea. They also have controlled my acne. I have been taking these with vitamin A 5000iu to help. Zinc is amazing. Update! 10/8/2020 My hormonal acne is cured!

Greater than one weekOur allergy season has fallen on us. I am a senor and each year it is harder to block the drainage and sniffles. I start early with the zinc to reduce the affects of allergy or cold. Be Safe.
