Im not sure what the deal is because Ive taken this before. However, the last two bottles, there is something in the ingredients I must be allergic too. It leaves me clogged/stuffy each time. I stopped taking every other supplement but this and narrowed it down. At the same time, my mom takes it and no problems.

Taking this with a vitamin C during this pandemic. Not sure if it is working or not. What I like about it, is I have a hard time swalling pills, and this is easy- small capsule. We take 1 a day.

Somehow Im getting a bottle every month while the bottle contains 60 tabs at one/day. I tried to cancel the auto ship but havent figured out how to do that. I currently have 3 full bottles.

One can research all they want and the results are you either need the stuff or you are flushing it down the toilet, and everything in between. One must question the trace mineral values we receive from the food we receive from depleted soils. With this zinc supplement, I must submit the cause correlation thing. Since I have been taking this supplement, I have been sleeping better. Is this the zinc, or because sunrise is at 5am and the dogs are rousing me earlier each day? Seems as though sleep improved prior to the earlier mornings.

I heard ADD & ADHD people often have copper overload and since ceruplasmin is rarely tested in patients without a family history of Wilsons disease an imbalance could easily go undetected. Vegetarian diets tend to be heavy in copper and lower in bioavailable zinc... since Cu & Zn compete for absorption this tends to lead to a Cu excess & Zn deficiency. I started taking this after hearing and reading about the Walsh Protocol and I believe it has made a vast improvement in my ADD and helped to keep. yeast infections at bay.
