> 3 dayI’ve been using this Zinc supplement daily for over a year now. I started taking it to help with acne from pcos. I started with the 15mg and upped it to the 30 mg after the the 15 mg were out of stock. Let me just say that I noticed a big different. My face is clearer and my skin feels great. The pills are small and easy to swallow. I have not had any side effects either. ( keep in mind supplements effect everyone differently) Lastly, they are not expensive at all and bottle lasts me 2 months.

> 3 dayI bought this for my German Shepherd who got hot spots. I knew that zinc was important for the skin. After a week of taking this her fur came back in and all hot spots healed up nicely. I do have to tell you that at the time I also started giving her Carlson Lab fish oil and Pure Encapsulations Vitamin A & E, along with Integrative Therapeutics Active B Complex and Natures Sunshine Magnesium Complex. Even though I started all the other products at the same time, I still felt that the zinc was key, in part due to a spray product from years back that helped my other German Shepherd. Zinc was that other products key ingredient.

> 3 dayI have used Pure Encapsulated vitamins for several years now. And am very pleased with the quality and effectiveness since it has been difficult finding a brand due to digestive problems. I can refer Pure Encapsulation vitamins. My doctor referred to me initially. Can recommend with confidence.

> 3 dayI don’t generally have an issue with Zinc deficiency, but I was having some trouble with recovery after hard weightlifting workouts. My caloric intake, sleep, etc. we’re all fine, so I looked at electrolytes and a few other things. Zinc was a possible cause that came up a few times in my research, so I ordered some to try. This is not a supplement that most people need. Most adults do not have a significant zinc deficiency, and I only take this on specific days, and for a specific reason. I only take this at night after intense workout sessions, and it has made a noticeable difference in whether I’m ready to workout again the next day. However, having said that, there are people that have zinc deficiencies due to medical conditions, drug interactions, etc., as well as those who might want to take it for acne or to help with colds. For those folks, this is a quality brand. Of the various forms of zinc you find in supplements, zinc picolinate is widely considered the easiest form for the body to absorb. The capsules are tiny, approximately the size of a Benadryl cap, about ½” long and less than ¼” in diameter. I take a few other vitamins/minerals, and this is one of the smallest. I think the price is really good, and there aren’t a bunch of garbage fillers. This is helping with recovery, so I’ll keep ordering this brand.
