12-06-2025Small enough to work for PS5 expansion drives, and simple to install on your drive. Inexpensive and effective.

> 3 dayI used this to add a heatsink to a M.2 drive on a cheap motherboard that had no heatsinks for the drives. The instructions were sparse! Just a picture of where everything went, and a newbie might have puzzled over it (and not remove the pads plastic sides), but I had no problem with the install. I appreciated that it came with an extra thermal pad and screws for the motherboard (just in case). It seems well made, and everything (like screw holes) lined up as they should. Does it keep the drive cooler? As I didnt measure the temp before the install, I cant tell. But it does give me at least some peace of mind that the drive is probably less likely to throttle down when used heavily.
