My laptop is old as a dinosaur and half-dead, but at least it works again thanks to this DVD. I just inserted it and followed the instructions. Simple.

Product booted to blank screen. In safe mode booted to blank screen that said Safe mode Fortunately a friend of mine had a repair disk that actually worked and I was able to boot and fix the problem. Disk came with a note saying contact us for assistance before leaving a bad review. I did send them an email and never heard back. Asking Amazon for my money back.

The product doesnt perform as advertised and includes no instructions. The vendor request you dont write a review on Amazon and to contact them for support, which is available 24/7 via email but they dont respond. The also claim 100% satisfaction, what a joke.

wouldnt fix the issue so they refunded me my money back, easy to work with them on this issue

Im not sure what they mean by this is not to install windows But to fix them I reformatted my whole drive and used this disk to install windows 10. So yes its works

this is a waste of money if you need to fix your computer.

Did nothing it said it would do...garbage!!!!

I had a hard drive failure and after replacing the drive with a direct replacement, I needed to reload the Windows 10 operating system. This extremely inexpensive copy of Ralix Reinstall did exactly that. There is obviously more work to be done, but I now have Windows 10 working again. The instruction are right on the disc.

It worked I was able to get back into my computer thanks.
