I tried it 3 times keep telling me my internet, so tried my hot spot and even tried at my moms I would recommend buying and when you have to send back to them you have to pay its a rip off. Buyers beware.

This worked great. Before getting this, I had contacted Dell to see what they would do for me since they didn’t supply a restore disk when initially purchased but since my computer was out of warranty they told me I was SOL, and that the current versions of Win 10 wouldn’t work on the computer. I took a chance and ordered this disk, and was not only able to load a new replacement drive but was able to repair the original drive using Chkdsk. Great product as far as I’m concerned.

wouldnt fix the issue so they refunded me my money back, easy to work with them on this issue
