five stars. i had my doubts, but after i changed out my disk drive for a new one, i ran this disc. it read the windows os and now i have a working computer!! saved me $170 at office depot!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dont rush the install. Just let it do its thing. The first two times I was impatient and hoped the laptop would work. The third time I let it do its thing all night and the next morning, Viola. A working laptop.

bought it , got it next evening , used it and comp was only down lil over 24 hours

This DVD is a waste of money. It is a diagnostic dvd you already have in your pc.

Inside the package it says that this DVD will not install a new copy of windows and says our Amazon Listing clearly say that. Well Im reading that your listing does say that it will install a new copy. What am I reading wrong.
