Product was good. My system would not work with.

Very good Disk. I just reinstalled Windows 10 Pro and now my old laptop is working good.

The product was really really late. It did not work.I dont recommend this disk at all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS DISK .

They lied in their ad by saying it would allow me to reset to factory settings. Then the tiny card that came with the product said they did not do that, and that I should reread their ad. I did, and they lied. I would like my money back. The way they have it set up, I have to go out to a pickup station, or I can have them pick up the disk for $7.99. I cant get out, and I will not pay $7.99 to get a refund of $14.00.

I had to return the DVD

Had a HP Computer with no recovery USB for Optical Disk that would not boot from the hard drive, this allowed me to boot and recover the hard disk.

People, please, please do NOT buy this. You have the ability to create your own bootable media using a dvd (or preferably a USB) and reinstall Windows at no charge!
