My son had no problem with this recovery disk, all you had to do was pop the disk in and start your computer off of the disk. Very simple and I would recommend

This will not work on Windows 10. My computer did the windows 10 update and will not boot. This disk is garbage and will not help. Dont waste your money.

it would have work but my hard drive went bad so Iam going to keep it i might need it one day.

Product states recover, restore, reboot and factory default upon opening i found a card that says This disk will not reset your computer to factory defaut.. It is a Boot repair disk..

Did nothing it said it would do...garbage!!!!

The disc is what it is! I used it on a couple of computers now and I’ve repaired and completed reinstall with it.
