Booting from the CD would cause the system to lockup. Went online and requested help, no response.

This claims it can reinstall any version of windows but it cannot do that. It specifically states on the note received in the packaging that This disk will NOT restore your windows to factory default settings ... Not a Disk to reinstall Windows (Our Amazon LIstings clearly say that). However, the Amazon listing doesnt state that it isnt a full version of windows at all and it actually says that it can reinstall Windows. I highly recommend staying away from this product.

Had to return kept going to a screen to install but still woukd not install the program.

I needed a windows 7 reinstall disk...This disk cannot do that.

Would recommend for people that forgot there password computer sign in I was able o retrieve my old documents in computer had a ome nice pictures and documents

Well it is stable and a needed it to use on a backup laptop cheap too.
