> 3 dayPurchased this CD to fix my laptop which wouldnt boot to Windows 7. The CD came with a website with instructions. Instructions looked fine but the CD never worked to get to the 2nd step. All over the packing and the instructions website the seller asks not to provide negative feedback or return to amazon. Email them and theyll provide supports. Ive sent emails every day for over a week now and havent gotten any response. I work in the tech industry and this is a horrible product with horrible support.
