> 3 dayFirst, it doesn’t work. Second, there’s zero support. When this product failed to get my Win7 OS back up and running, I emailed them and provided a detailed description of the problem, what I did step-by-step and all of the resulting screen messages. They claim quick turnaround, but days passed, and I never have received a reply! Bottom line: hype aside, this software simply is worthless.
