Greater than one weekReceived it quickly although it was sent in the mail. I would have rated it it 5 stars but the dvd was sent in a plastic bag, meant for clothing with 0 padding or protection for breakage. Luckily it was unharmed and worked perfectly. Brought my PC back from No bootable disc message to booting normally. Thank you for this easy solution!

> 3 dayIm an experienced software/hardware tech. Ive been working professionally with various OS and networks since the 80s. A relative had a running CPU where Windows 7 was glitchy and had some pretty annoying issues. I used the disk for a quick fix to to get things back in shape because the user didnt want to upgrade from Win7. It was a disaster. After running the CD and going through all of the repair options the CPU wouldnt even boot independently and crashed over and over. I was so frustrated and annoyed that we bought a new CPU with WIN10 just to be done with it.

> 3 dayIt was straightforward in saying what it would do and not do and it fixed my computer in about 20 minutes. I havent done many reviews, but this really was worth it to me to let some know that this disc can bring a computer back to life. Give it a try, follow directions and after its inserted, just do a restart and the disc will do the rest. Good Luck!
