> 3 dayI know, when you buy an electric trolling motor, most, if not all manufacturers say that you dont need one of these units, that their motors are designed to be bounced around. Well, Ive got two high end, autocompass units that crapped out, like a week or two after their warranties expired, and the company wouldnt stand behind their products. That being the case, I bought one of these little bad boys, and it keeps my new motor locked into place, with no vibration whatsoever, whether on the trailer, or on the water. Sometimes an once of prevention is worth a pound of cure, and this item imo, is the prescription for a trolling motor lasting as long as it should.
