I love RedDragons pheriprials! I have their headset, keyboard and a wired and wireless mouse. This mouse specifically has exceeded my expectations. I have been used a cheap Logitech mouse for quite some time and decided I needed a good gaming mouse. I started to look at the higher end gaming mouses but they were too expensive. I finally found this mouse and decided to give it a shot. The DPI and additional buttons were extremely easy to set up. Family and friends that game are moving away from the higher end mouses after they tried mine. The feel, ease of use and cost seems hard to deny.

Well, I could not be any happier with product and their customer service. The description is accurate. All the features work great , my son uses it on a daily basis for school work and gaming and he absolutely loves the mouse. The USB dongle broke after almost a year of continuous use, but after contacting the company we received a replacement part within a couple of days. Customer service is so professional and again, the product is great. I am planning on buying a second mouse for my older son.

Ive been using the mouse to play games for the past few days, and it feels and moves amazingly! It rests comfortably in my hand and moves smoothly across my mouse pad. All in all, for the 19.99 price point, I think it is a good deal. The only issue lies in the main 2 mouse buttons. Im not sure if this is due to the design having less sensitive pressure points than my other mice or if its a defect in my model, but when pressing the mouse buttons, sometimes the input will not pick up my clicks. This is especially apparent when I play FPS (First Person Shooter) games. Other than this minor flaw, I say the mouse is very good. Edit: So after some more use, it seems there is a heavy input delay while playing FPS games. Once again Im not sure if this is a common occurrence or just a problem with my model but keep that in mind before purchasing.

Good mouse for the price. I useed many mouses from around 7-15$ range of cheap brandes and so far this is the best. The build quality seems very good, the plastic quality feels very good for the price. The responsiveness is significant better and on different surfaces and the reaction speed. I cant measure it but i can feel it is significant better. The only physical downside i noticed so far is the scroll wheel sound. After several days of use it screams sometimes, but it is fine for the price. I couldnt find software for this exact model in reddragon web page to assign macros for the additional buttons. i also tried software/drivers for some other models from reddragon web page which look similar but it didnt work.

I dont know if this happens with all mouses, but every time I try to scroll up, it scrolls up for a little, but then it scrolls down when Im scrolling(same for scrolling down), and for a gaming mouse, that could be a problem. And it is a problem for me when I am trying to game. In all, I think the item is really good for gaming if it did not have the problem.

UPDATE - Good support; item replaced quickly, Stars from 1 to 5! (I think the USB dongle just failed.) Original (after failure): Lets see how Support from Redragon is. My Sep 21 purchased red and black M690-1 Redragon mouse just died today. Sent in support request. Loved the mouse - design is nice and matches my desk. We will see how good support is. (PC woke up this morning but mouse did not. Tried other batteries, tried it in my laptop, and finally installed a back-up mouse that worked. (No ding-ding when plugging in or removing the nano receiver of the Redragon mouse.) Hope I get a new one. Will update as i get reply. Other than this (less-than-one-year) operating life, Id give this mouse 5-stars.

I love the fact that this gaming mouse is really good especially for its price, the only thing I dont like about it is the mouse being wireless, at first I thought it was a really good Idea to get it but then i realized that it wasnt that good of an idea to buy because when I play a game and my battery is low, I wouldnt notice it, and the mouse would die, I wouldve definitely reccomend if you dont mind this problem, but If I were to trade this mouse for a rgb wired mouse I would definitely do that. But overall this is a really good mouse and redragon never disappoints! (I have been using this mouse for 3 months now and it is still in tact, works perfectly, and none of the buttons became messed up or broken.)

Its cheap, works well, looks good, and comes with an M4/M5 button, as well as manual buttons to switch DPI. It has some odd stuttering when I play FPS like Rainbow Six, but it does not happen often and is not too bothersome when it does.
