25-11-2024Update 03/14/2019 They offer great support and the warranty on their products is the best from any other company Ive had with. I brought the mouse back in November, happy to see their prices drop. A great purchase for a decent gaming mouse, in my opinion. Obviously used this product for gaming and testing. I like buying random mouses, from gaming to casual types that you can get on Amazon. What I liked the most about this gaming mouse is the polling rate feature and how it ergonomically fits medium to small hands. Possibly big hands as well but thats sorta debatable. The thing I hate about the mouse? Its made from cheap plastic but its not as bad, I would say. The matte finish is nice but can get dirty easily. Sometimes the left mouse button can get stuck when you accidentally hit it against something, like maybe your keyboard. Side mouse buttons can be a bit mushy as well. Overall its a very decent mouse for gaming but honestly would recommend it as a back up mouse if you somehow ruin you expensive name brand gaming mouse.

> 3 dayThis mouse is absolutely amazing. It fits comfortably in my hand, with a textured feel that grants a very pleasurable gaming experience. It has a number of buttons and dpi options available for those needing more than your typical left and right click. Its laser is very accurate, as iI can use the mouse on a variety of surfaces, even on the super cool eco setting, which is basically a power saving mode. This feature is great for power users, and definitely keeps you from wasting batteries. This mouse is 100% complete plug and play with my win10 machine; all i had to do was pop in the small nano usb dongle and get to clickin. It came in a cheeky, Red Dragon semi transparent, grey plastic case, which you can repack your mouse in when youre traveling. My favorite part of this product is the LEDs that glow on the scroll wheel, chassis, and the piece de resistance, the memorable Red Dragon logo, which glows red and just looks freaking awesome. I have played Starcraft 2 with one of those expensive Razer mouses, and honestly, both this company and the mouse blows it / them out of the water, with the sheer brilliance of their customer support and device performance, customization, and affordability. My sister has a Razer laptop that crapped out on her, and customer support didnt even get back to her after a few emails, but send one email to Red Dragon, and they will resolve your issue in no time. All in all, this mouse performs again and again in style. Plus it wont break your bank. It is truly a gaming mouse made for the people. I am super satisfied with my investment and will be back for all my mouse needs ^-^ 10/10 would recommend. UPDATE 10/16/2019 After over a year of using my mouse extensively on a daily basis, at home and at school, it stopped accepting batteries :( I reached out to the LTC / RED Dragon support team and was given the most amazing service and support from a Mrs. E. She helped me troubleshoot the issue with my mouse with ease, and was highly communicative throughout the whole process, and helped me resolve my issue quickly. Since my original review I have purchased another one of these for my wife, and she could not be happier with her mouse. Even with my mouse breaking on me over a year later, this has been the best mouse investment either of us has ever made, and Im looking forward to the replacement I have on the way. RED DRAGON ALL DAY BABY!!!

22-11-2024I got this mouse because I had the wired Red Dragon gaming mouse with the numbered buttons on the side and it came with software that let you hotkey ctrl+c and ctrl+v to the buttons which helped me a lot with work. I thought this mouse would have the same capability but despite my best efforts, I could not get it to work. I tried downloading the software from the website to see if that would allow me to do it but the software for this one didn’t allow the same customization as the other mouse I had. It’s still pretty good, though.

> 3 dayThe mouse has been used by my son who games all the time for nearly a year now. The first thing that I noticed was that the spring in the battery compartment was so flimsy that it bent the first time we replaced the battery and now its difficult to replace the battery. Its a durable mouse otherwise, but Im replacing it because I dont know how long it will continue to work with the spring bent over and Im afraid it will quit working and my son wont have a mouse.

> 3 dayI purchased this mouse based on the appearance, design and the reviews of others. I also just wanted to cut the cord as my wired mouse would sometimes interfere with movement during gaming. It has taken a little time to get accustomed to this mouse because its movement has a different feel from the wired one. It is difficult to attest to the durability of this product as Ive only had it such a short time. I use rechargeable batteries in this mouse and am still on the first charge. I never turn the mouse off but rather leave it in the econo mode. It has plenty of buttons for gaming options and it fits in ny hand well.

> 3 daymost cheap gaming mice on Amazon are garbage with fancy plastic for the look. This mouse is actually amazing and comes with a cool case too. I havent had any issues with RTS games with it and its comfortable.

> 3 dayThis mouse is ok for the price it is great for a budget gamer looking for something wireless. This mouse runs on AA batteries so how long it takes for it to die will vary on the type of battery you decide to use. I have big hands but I dont have any problems with the shape or form of the mouse it is decent for the price but there is room for improvement for this mouse. The cons I have with this mouse would be that if you turn off the mouse, whatever dpi setting you had before you turned off the mouse is reset when you turn on the mouse again. Another problem is that when you are slowly dragging the mouse just trying to highlight words on a paragraph it does not respond well, it would always lag when I try to mouse the mouse slowly.

> 3 dayI cant give an accurate rating of this product at this time. I did not purchase it for myself, I purchased it for a Christmas gift for our grandson. He wanted a wireless gaming mouse so I purchased this one.

> 3 dayIt is heavy. Also sometimes the sensors doesnt read movement. This happens when I rest my whole hand on the mouse. Ive had 7-8 dollar mice that I liked better than this one. However I was offered a full refund. So the mouse itself wasnt great but the customer service was amazing. So maybe not this mouse but I would recommend buy from CElectus. Great company.
