My boys and I have been using the Redragon mouse products for years now with our Asus ROG gaming laptops. This is the first time weve tried this wireless one, and its really good. I wish they offered a wireless Mammoth model, because thats the corded one that I use and I really like that XL size, but this is still a pretty big mouse that feels good in the hand for long periods of time. It reacts well, no lag, no problems so far. The battery life is a little quick, but Im mainly talking about my sons experiences. Mine seems to last much longer, but I dont really know how much he uses it, whether or not he just leaves on, etc. I mean, it should time out with the laptop closed, but you never know whats going on. It was just a lot shorter battery life than Im used to with other wireless mice Ive owned. Overall great wireless mouse, looks cool, works great, rather configurable, etc. I dont see a reason to buy something more expensive.

I got AA batteries charging for my kids toys so this was perfect for me. Battery life? i bought it about 4 months ago and only changed the battery once. DPI super smooth ergonomic for me. I took time to write this review. This mouse deserves a cookie.

I had bought this because it was relatively inexpensive and to have as a back up. But it turned out to fit my hand so nicely and was very responsive that it became my main mouse and the original one I had is now the backup. It does seem to go through batteries _slightly_ more than the other mouse but I dont know if thats accurate. Its not like I sit around timing these things, its just my impression. Plus, I use the rechargeable AAs and so it might be the batteries more than the mouse. That said, when the mouse-wheel button blinks green at you, its not saying Hi there!, its saying the battery is on the downhill side and youve got only a few hours left.

This mouse has a great feel and weight. Its responsive and the option to turn off most of the lighting is much appreciated! Add in the pricepoint and you cant go wrong. You wont regret getting one, especially if youre considering going from wired.

Im not a heavy gamer, but this mouse performs exceptionally well for the games I do play. When not gaming, the mouse moves smoothly without shaking. It glides nicely. Also, theres not much RGB action here, but it does light up a bit. I purchased other Red Dragon products in the past including a RGB keyboard and computer speakers. Im always impressed by the quality of the companys products. And the price is agreeable; it wont make a huge dent in my pocket.

most cheap gaming mice on Amazon are garbage with fancy plastic for the look. This mouse is actually amazing and comes with a cool case too. I havent had any issues with RTS games with it and its comfortable.

So the mouse works okay but is hardly worth the cost. The brand as a whole is bad at making programs to control their devices and many of them are outdated and wont connect with modern systems. With this one I have to use a third party tool to make the buttons work at all on my device and even then the front most side button can only triple click and cant be programmed to do anything else. This makes it useless for gaming.

Love this mouse. Rarely I do see that its response times will just completely slow down while Im gaming but then it goes back to normal. Like I said its very rare. Overall thought love the feeling of the mouse in my hand and top notch work on the scroll wheel.

Back in 2015, I bought a Bestton E-3LUE Master of Destiny Mouse for under $30 here on Amazon. This delightful blue mouse came in a nice box, was made of pleasant to touch materials, and happily performed its duty for 5 years. Sadly, its time in the spot light came to an end when the left button stopping functioning properly. Twice as Sadly, this mouse is no longer for sale. Enter the Redargon M690-1, a similarly shaped red devil, which while a bit more pricey than the Master of Destiny, would hopefully take over from where the E-3lue left off. First impression, the box it came in was cheap. Where the Master of Destiny came in a box with molded panels to safely contain the precious package, the Dargon only had a thin, clear formed plastic insert. This theme of thin plastic continued into the mouse itself. Its light, and not in a good way. Holding the mouse doesnt give me the feeling its prepared for the work I have in store for it. Like if I hold it the wrong way, it will just break. Ive only used it for maybe 5 hours total, and the pads the mouse slides on are already scuffed and damaged. The clicking action is okay, but again, not confidence inspiring. It feels light, and it feels cheap. Whereas my delightful E-3lue lasted 5 years without any complaint, I doubt Ill get a full year of satisfaction from the M690-1. If only the Master of Destiny were still for sale. TL:DR- Its a completely okay mouse, I guess, but when youre standard is the Master of Destiny, any old Dargon just doesnt cut it.
