Greater than one weekI like the mouse its cool and stylish but after just 2 days of gameplay, I was having issues with the mouse staying connected to the dongle my aim sights would freeze had to cut off the mouse and cut it on just to get it to reconnect. Its a cool product but could use a stronger connection to the dongle. If you are wondering it was only a distance of 3 feet between them. I had to go back to a wired mouse. kinda feel like I wasted my money. Red dragon Customer service was very nice to help and correct this issue they replaced the mouse with one that was of satisfaction for my and my gameplay. thank you again

> 3 dayI must say i felt it was a bit heavier than my previous mouse (which was a normal wired asus mouse) but this mouse feels really durable and sturdy. i must note at times i feel the mouse cursor get disorientated which is odd, maybe from the pad still trying to figure it out. also when not using it gets to sleep and the mouse turn off and you have to click to make it turn on again but it take 2 sec which is annoying at times. pros: durability cool lighting con : little heavy too small for my hand ( for a 5.7 ft man )

02-06-2025This Review has been Updated! Redragons customer service is great and responded to my issue immediately and quickly resolved the problem. So I play a lot of competitive FPS games like Apex and Overwatch, and always looking for great gaming mouses out on the market to test out and recommend to my friends looking for a gaming mouse. So here Im comparing the Redragons I have now with the popular Logitech Mouses Ive always used and how well does it actually performs. So I have the new Logitech G502 Lightspeed Wireless and the older G Pro Hero Wired to compare it with. Im comparing these Mouses together because they are very similar in shape and sizes, with some minor difference with the buttons, build material, and weights and most importantly is it worth it. Redragons Build Quality and Sensor Build Quality is very nice and feels premium to the touch, but slightly a little heavier but not a deal breaker. It is well balanced and does not interfere with my gaming. The mouse feet are also very nice and smooth and glides like butter. Sensor Wired - Performs well and is perfectly fine with competitive gaming. Wireless - Good for daily tasks like web browsing and photo & video editing, but would not recommend for fast pace games. It has an issue with slow response time with fast flick shots. Please take this into consideration before making your purchase. I would recommend to go with their Wired versions to avoid any latency issues. ....... So bottom line is if youre in a budget and need of a gaming mouse. I highly recommend Redragons Wired Gaming Mouses, they perform well enough for competitive gaming and is also very budget friendly vs the main brands out there. My recommendation is to check out their Redragon M719 Invader Gaming Mouse if youre into competitive gaming. I hope this review helps out many of you looking for a solid gaming mouse. Im currently very happy with the M719 and look forward to trying out more of Redragons products.

> 3 dayUpdate 03/14/2019 They offer great support and the warranty on their products is the best from any other company Ive had with. I brought the mouse back in November, happy to see their prices drop. A great purchase for a decent gaming mouse, in my opinion. Obviously used this product for gaming and testing. I like buying random mouses, from gaming to casual types that you can get on Amazon. What I liked the most about this gaming mouse is the polling rate feature and how it ergonomically fits medium to small hands. Possibly big hands as well but thats sorta debatable. The thing I hate about the mouse? Its made from cheap plastic but its not as bad, I would say. The matte finish is nice but can get dirty easily. Sometimes the left mouse button can get stuck when you accidentally hit it against something, like maybe your keyboard. Side mouse buttons can be a bit mushy as well. Overall its a very decent mouse for gaming but honestly would recommend it as a back up mouse if you somehow ruin you expensive name brand gaming mouse.

> 3 dayI needed a new mouse to go with my new computer, and this mouse is doing a great job. I didnt need a gaming mouse specifically but I wanted a wireless mouse with the two thumb buttons (and this mouse has a third thumb button too that wasnt really in the description). One thing I missed in the description is that the mouse goes into a sleep mode if unused for 8 minute, but a simple click wakes it back up so its not a big deal.

> 3 dayThis mouse has a great feel and weight. Its responsive and the option to turn off most of the lighting is much appreciated! Add in the pricepoint and you cant go wrong. You wont regret getting one, especially if youre considering going from wired.

> 3 dayIve been fan of Redragon for years. I have their original 19 button gaming mouse they released. I have several other mice and keyboards by them that I purchased years ago. Ive never had any issues and specifically bought the mice for their affordability and customization (programmable buttons). Well, we just moved and my daughter who just received my hand-me-down gaming laptop was in need of a wireless mouse. Without a 2nd thought I turned to Redragon, specifically their wireless mice. It never occured to me to look for programmable as part of a description because ALL of their mice used to be programmable. Well, as with all prime products the mouse arrived in a timely manner and I went to download the software, noticing there wasnt a Driver CD in the box (who uses CDs anyway, but still noticed a lack of one). After hunting around their websites, google, and other tech download sites, I came to the conclusion there was no driver software... OK. So I tried installing a similarly laid out Redgraon mouse software and it said no mouse detected. Lastly I tried aftermarket software and still the top buttons, normally reserved for dpi changes, which I program as other functions, werent detected. Upon further review of their mice on amazon, it seems they no longer offer programmable mice in the low budget range, as they once did. I have the Redragon Blade which is a wireless 9 button programmable mouse that I purchased from amazon in 2018 for about $20.00. Its my work mouse and I figured this would be similar. Sadly thats no longer an option, either that mouse or a comparable one, and will cause me to find a new company to support.
