We have replaced many screens before and never had any issues. This replacement screen did not work and now the iPad glitches non stop. It worked just fine before, the screen just had a small crack on it. Definitely do not recommend you purchase this screen repair kit!

Update: 8/30/22 Seller contacted me and send a replacement screen which arrived quick, I waited to do update to see if this screen replacement on 7 gen iPad was going to work properly after at least a week of use and it is doing great. Easy installation and it is working perfect, no issues so far and installation was a breeze. Just make sure you get your own adhesive tube to get screen to adhiere properly. Installation is a plus; Easy installation after carefully removing all broken glass pieces from original screen and cleaning shell, it worked really good and looked wonderful. 2 days later: screen lagging, touch response is annoying and slow, adhesion is not holding. Disappointed after what I thought was a success this screen is just not working for me. Tools were good and like I said it seemed great at first but TWo days after installation screen is acting up!

This is a great kit, but takes some patience to get it installed. All the tools needed were included but I would would get some extra alcohol wipes and some goo-gone or other citrus adhesive remover as well to make your replacement experience go well. Overall, this kit is just what you need, just take it slow.

Touch screen has many dead spots and ghosting. Have not been able to get ahold of anyone regarding this.

Worked great for 2 months. Started getting dead spots and now the whole center of the screen is dead. Expected better than that especially when you can get them at half this price from others.

I had issues with getting the glass to stay in place with the tape provided. It kept coming loose and button ended up pushing in slightly, making it not work anymore. Trying to fix button the glass ended up cracking. Even after being installed It is not the same quality as original, it didn’t feel sturdy first installed either. Not the best value for the price and effort

It works well with easy instructions and necessary parts for repair. I would recommend and it’s much less expensive than replacing the screen professionally

I bought this product for my daughters iPad and loved the ease of use, so when my screen shattered down my personal iPad I knew I had to order from this company again. Excellent quality, very easy to install with great instruction!

The tool that is used to remove screws didn’t work so therefore still have to take it to a professional to have fixed which costed an additional $100.00!

The screen cracked during application. I took it to a repair place and they said it was definitely a poor quality screen and showed me the difference compared to what they had. I ended up paying the repair place. This screen was a complete waste of money.
