Great product quality. There are some digitizer kits that use not great quality tape or materials and this one has the best per my research. Changing a digitizer needs patience and pre work. Watch how to videos before the work and during the work, set some time alone to do the work and you should be fine. I didn’t do that in my first attempt and the screen didn’t glue properly. Luckly the seller was really fast to respond and identify the problem and they sent me extra tape to redo the process. Amazing customer service! Second time the ipad is working perfectly and my daughter is very happy.

This is a great kit, but takes some patience to get it installed. All the tools needed were included but I would would get some extra alcohol wipes and some goo-gone or other citrus adhesive remover as well to make your replacement experience go well. Overall, this kit is just what you need, just take it slow.

Do not buy doesnt come with home button and almost impossible to save your old one

This was as expected. It arrived as promised, it contained everything that was needed. The whole experience was painless.

Thankfully many of the less expensive iPads have a glass screen that can be relatively easy to remove and replace. This kit comes with everything you need to replace the glass screen on your iPad. You will need to be willing to poke and prod and be comfortable with removing tiny plugs and screws to do this. I have used this kit twice. Every year or so my kid drops the iPad in a way that cracks the screen. This kit has saved me from paying hundreds of dollars for a new iPad when that happens. After replacing the screen the iPad feels new again. The touch sensitivity works like the original iPad screen. The one thing that I have not quite gotten right when replacing the screen is the home button. It is very tricky to have it site correctly on the screen and you can tell when touching it that it is not quite right. However with how the iPad functions using the touch controls it has not impacted the use of the iPad. Don’t deal with a broke screen, buy this kit and have your iPad look like new again.

Good kit but the new screen broke while installing it.

Overall product was very good. It included all necessary parts to change out my broken iPad screen. The only issue I had was the included screwdriver was low quality and did not fit the screws well. I ended up slightly stripping one screw trying to use it before giving up and hunting down a real jeweler’s screwdriver to remove the screws. Other than that minor bit, everything else was good. The screen fit well and the included double sided tape helped for the home button bracket. I added a couple drops of super glue to the home button bracket just in case. This was my first time attempting to repair a broken iPad screen and I was successful. Take your time and be extra careful with the home button cable. Use a hairdryer or heat gun on low blowing on the cable as you carefully peel it from the old glass.
