> 3 dayGreat product quality. There are some digitizer kits that use not great quality tape or materials and this one has the best per my research. Changing a digitizer needs patience and pre work. Watch how to videos before the work and during the work, set some time alone to do the work and you should be fine. I didn’t do that in my first attempt and the screen didn’t glue properly. Luckly the seller was really fast to respond and identify the problem and they sent me extra tape to redo the process. Amazing customer service! Second time the ipad is working perfectly and my daughter is very happy.

> 3 dayAll I needed to get my iPad going again. Armed with some YouTube videos, I got it all done in an afternoon. I did weigh it all down with heavy books to let the adhesive cure. Perfect.

> 3 dayI am a retired IT pro of many decades and have repaired laptop and cell phone screens in the past so thought this would be a cakewalk. Not so. Its a very laborious, fine detail-oriented process that is not guaranteed to work. I was VERY careful to follow the instructions to the T, however after about 4 hours of putzing with the connectors and testing I could not get the screen to properly calibrate. The problem seems to be with the press-on connectors that take the signal from screen to processor. Its very hard to tell if they are seated properly, and to keep them seated during re-assembly. This may be an issue with every one of these kits, or at least for people that dont do it regularly. After that much time I decided it was worth it to just toss the old one and buy a good used one from Gazelle. It was worth the cost to give it a try but just be forewarned.

> 3 dayThe screen seems to work fine, but my home button did not attach correctly due to my own inexperience changing a screen so I stopped using the iPad after a couple weeks and will have to replace the screen again to fix the home button. I wish I could use the screen more to have a more reliable review.

17-11-2024I purchased this directly from their website but they dont provide a way to review it there... The digitizer is fine but the home button broke after 4 months - 1 month outside of the warranty window... arg. There is no way to contact them about it since they dont answer the phone and the link they provide checks that your three months are up and wont allow you to continue.
