I bought this keyboard after reading many reviews. It works exactly as described. Unfortunately the unit I bought has a faulty Bluetooth receiver. Customer service was prompt and helped diagnose the issue. Once the problem was identified they promptly sent me a new replacement.

Got the RK84 for my wife, I got myself a mechanical keychron keyboard which hasn’t been delivered yet, but I’ve already played around with the RK84 and it’s definitely a steal. Sturdy, heavy, clicky. Love this thing. Very user friendly. I almost think I should have just got this instead of keychron.

I recently had to switch out of my razor keyboard, and its one of the best keyboards Ive ever used. Im so happy I found it. First and foremost, the typing experience is fantastic. The keys have just the right amount of resistance and feedback for gaming; its smooth and not clunky. The keys are Hot Swappable, which makes it an excellent keyboard for both works and play. You can always see the keys, even in low light. One of my favorite features of the RK ROYAL KLUDGE RK84 is its ability to switch between wireless or wired. This is great for people like me who work in different places throughout the day, as it eliminates the need to change keyboards constantly. The MX Keys is also very well-built and feels sturdy and reliable. It has a sleek and modern design that looks great on any desk. Overall, I highly recommend the RK ROYAL KLUDGE RK84 to anyone for a high-quality keyboard with excellent typing performance, valuable features, and a durable build.

This keyboard is awesome. Its the perfect layout to have all the keys you need while leaving room on your desk, its comfortable to type on, hot-swappable switches, nice keycaps, and is built great for the price. I use it wired and bluetooth and both work as expected. Im on my 2nd keyboard now because the first one had a bad Home key (was like it about 1 month in, but dealt with it for 5 more months). Switching the switches didnt fix it so I knew it was the board. Customer support was fantastic! Only have 3 emails back and forth to confirm the purchase number and a few quick troubleshooting techniques, they sent me a new keyboard and it showed up in a few days while also letting me keep the old one, no return needed. This essentially gave me a full free set of keycaps and switches! Super generous on their part! With a 2 year warranty and customer support like this, you cant go wrong with this thing. The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 is because the software used to customize the lights, keys, etc. is terrible. It feels like they built the app in a week and never looked back to improve it. It gives enough options to get by but those looking for something more robust, the software may be a deal breaker for you. The other point of reduction is the QA on these boards. I have a feeling Im not the first or will be the last with the problem. Comparing keyboard1 and 2, the newer one I have sounds slightly different and the lights move way faster than the first one... which may be a software issue instead of a QA issue but still, I get the sense these come flying off the manufacturing line lol

I wanted a keyboard for my laptop because the palm area would get hot. Lots of great features and battery life for the money. I would like to get better feeling keycaps for this at some point these white one are just too plain for me lol.

Ive been interested in mechanical keyboards for a while, but dont really have the money, time, or knowledge to get an intense build project or expensive prebuilt board. this, however, is a really good solution. Enthusiasts will probably be let down by the quality of the switches, but anyone new to keyboards as a hobby probably wont mind, plus its hotswappable if they become a problem. The size is also nice, not having a number pad but keeping several important function keys, though its hard to find full keycap sets for this layout. The backlights look nice, though they might be dim in some settings, the few default colours are fine, but the patterns feel a bit bloated with excess no one will probably use. There are a lot of cool extra features here that are hard to find on sub-$100 boards, like the extra usb ports, magnetic feet, three connection modes, and the top part of the case being removable for that floating keys look. I definitely dont regret going with this board over some of my other options, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good beginner mechanical keyboard :)

I bought this small keyboard for travel when I take my Steam Deck with me but also use it from time to time at home for its wireless capabilities. Its not the highest quality but definitely a great keyboard. RGB is a little dim in a well lit room, but in the dark its pretty good. Love that it has so many options for connectivity and USB-C is my go-to cable now. Pros: - Great price - Portable - Durable -- doesnt feel cheap - RGB - Swappable key caps & switches - Great battery life Cons: - Connectivity can be spotty at times when not close to the receiver. Bluetooth seems to be the best at a range. - RGB can be a little dim - Switches for connectivity are on the bottom - Height adjustment feet are magnetic, can fall off and get lost/dont travel well if not zippered in a small pocket

I don’t use my keyboards for gaming, but I type ALOT and this has been so satisfying to use. I swapped my keys and switches almost immediately, for aesthetics, but the starting product was great quality. The RGB variety is my favorite. Personally, this keyboard is great for any beginners interested in swaps and mods.

I got this keyboard last December but just around a week ago I found that a few of the keys werent working or lighting up. I sent a pretty detailed video to customer service showing the issue and they sent me a new one without me having to send the old one. So A+ there. About the keyboard itself, the switches and keycaps it comes with are not that amazing, but considering most people are just using this keyboard as a base and adding their own higher quality ones, it doesnt really matter as its still really good for the price. Also note that when I got the replacement, I noticed one nice difference between the new and old one. It seems the newer models have foam preinstalled both between the plate and PCB and also in the empty space in the case, which is incredibly useful as you wont have to DIY a solution yourself, saving lots of time.
